St. Luke's Medical Staff Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 1993 by the St. Luke’s Medical Staff to commemorate St. Luke’s Hospital, its nurses and its unique hospital experience. St. Luke’s nursing staff provided broad support to each other, their patients, and the medical staff. It is their desire to help nursing students committed to carrying on the St. Luke’s tradition of “serving” the community professionally and “caring” personally. St. Luke’s was converted to Deaconess Rehabilitation Institute in 1993 and is now known as St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute.
