Alvin B. Quall Nursing Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Dr. Alvin Quall. During his 27 years at Whitworth College (now Whitworth University). Dr. Quall served as an education professor, Dean and Professor of Men, Dean and Professor of Faculty, and Director of the Graduate School. He represented Whitworth College in the establishment of the Washington State University Intercollegiate College of Nursing in 1968. Because of his interest in the nursing program, he established this scholarship for Whitworth nursing students. Dr. Quall passed away in September 1993; he is survived by his two grown children.
